Apartment in St. Petersburg, Instituskii 16 Residential Complex

Apartment The architects of the Instituskii 16 residential complex took inspiration from Art Deco style. Approaching the building, you feel as though you're walking through Manhattan's Central Park. The grand lobby is lavishly decorated with mosaic panels, natural onyx, and brass accents.  The clients wanted to extend the building's architectural aesthetic into their apartment, which became the foundation of the design concept. The challenge was to create an interior with Art Deco elements—luxurious yet contemporary, filled with lightness and air.
